David Cherechinsky
President and Chief Executive Officer and Director
David Cherechinsky

Mr. Cherechinsky has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and been a director of DNOW since June 2020. Prior to serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Cherechinsky served as the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from February 2018 until June 2020. Mr. Cherechinsky previously served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from February 2014 until February 2018. Mr. Cherechinsky served as Vice President—Finance for NOV’s distribution business group from 2003, and as Vice President—Finance for NOV’s Distribution & Transmission business segment from 2011, until the Company’s spin-off in May 2014. He previously served NOV starting in 1989 in various corporate roles, including internal auditor, credit management and business analyst, and is a CPA.

Mark Johnson
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mark Johnson

Mr. Johnson has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for DNOW since 2020. He previously served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for DNOW from February 2018 to May 2020 and Vice President - Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller from May 2014 to February 2018. He served as Vice President - Finance for National Oilwell Varco (NOV) Distribution Services business unit from 2012 until it was spun off in May 2014. Mr. Johnson joined NOV in 2008 as a Worldwide Controller after working in public accounting and is a CPA.

Kelly Munson
Chief Administrative and Information Officer
Kelly Munson

Ms. Munson serves as Chief Administrative and Information Officer, with oversight of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Information Technology functions. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Administrative and Information Officer and Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources responsible for global HR Organization Development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Recruiting. Ms. Munson joined the company 16 years ago and has held progressive roles in employee training and development, organization development, talent management, and leadership development.

Raymond Chang
Vice President and General Counsel
Raymond Chang

Mr. Chang serves as the Vice President and General Counsel of DNOW with responsibility for all legal, regulatory, compliance and HSE matters. Previously, he worked for National Oilwell Varco where he held numerous positions within its Legal Department starting in 2001, including Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from 2009 through 2014. Prior to joining National Oilwell Varco, Mr. Chang was an associate at the law firm of Baker & McKenzie.

Clent Rawlinson

Clent Rawlinson - Senior Vice President

Mr. Rawlinson serves as Senior Vice President North America Sales and Operations for DNOW, with responsibility for the Energy Centers and Process Solutions businesses primarily focused on the upstream and midstream sectors. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Process Solutions. Over the previous 29 years, Mr. Rawlinson has held numerous roles in sales and operations, including Vice President of Corporate Sales and Vice President of Sales and Operations International Energy Centers, and spent 9 years living internationally while managing various areas of the international business. He began his career 30 years ago with an E&P company and then Wilson Supply, before joining NOV Distribution in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1996.

Jack McCarthy
Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations
Jack McCarthy

Mr. McCarthy serves as Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations, in which he primarily focuses on the Company’s Gas Utilities and Downstream sectors. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management, Quality and Technical Sales at MRC Global where he led an international team of product experts, supply chain professionals and inventory specialists, and was responsible for the management of the global PVF supply chain. Mr. McCarthy has held a variety of leadership roles in his career at MRC Global including Vice President Valves & Automation and Vice President of Supply Chain Management CS PFF. Prior to joining MRC Global with the acquisition of LaBarge Pipe and Steel in 2005, he held roles in business development, sales, and sales management in the industrial distribution industry. Mr. McCarthy is a former vice president and board member of the National Association of Steel Pipe Distributors.

Steve Smith
Senior Vice President of International Sales and Operations
Steve Smith

Mr. Smith serves as Senior Vice President of International Sales and Operations. He previously served as Senior Vice President – International at MRC Global. Prior to that, he served as Vice President – Europe, Middle East & Africa and held multiple sales and operations leadership roles at MRC Global outside of North America since joining after its acquisition or Transmark FCX in 2009. Mr. Smith’s 35 years of industry experience includes roles of increasing responsibility at valve manufacturing companies in the United Kingdom, including Neles and Emerson Process Management.

Timm Bohnert
Vice President, Supply Chain
Timm Bohnert

Mr. Bohnert serves as Vice President, Supply Chain for DNOW having assumed the position in 2020, overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities. He most recently held the position of Vice President of Pricing & Sourcing. Over the previous 17 years, Timm held various Supply Chain and Project Management positions for DNOW and Wilson Supply, as well as with Emerson. Mr. Bohnert began his career in Marketing and Product Line Management with Maverick Tube Corporation, a subsidiary of Tenaris.

Brad Wise
Vice President, Digital Strategy and Investor Relations
Brad Wise

Mr. Wise serves as Vice President, Digital Strategy and Investor Relations for DNOW. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for National Oilwell Varco’s Distribution Services business unit when he joined in 2012 as part of the Wilson Supply acquisition. From 2009 to 2011, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for Wilson Supply. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Wise was Vice President at Maverick Technologies, responsible for Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. From 1996 to 2005, he held various roles within Sales Management and Business Development with Dresser Industries, Halliburton Company, and Dresser Inc. Mr. Wise has over 30 years of industry experience across the energy and industrial sectors.

Gillian Anderson
Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer
Gillian Anderson

Ms. Anderson serves as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Previously, she served as MRC Global’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to that role, she held various positions with Ernst & Young LLP, including Audit Senior Manager. Ms. Anderson is a CPA and a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
